Biography

If you are injured on the job, you need an experienced attorney. Workers' Comp is a complex area of the law, with its own rules, procedures, courts, and judges.

I am Tim Hamill.

For almost 10 years, I was an Assistant Attorney General representing Labor & Industries. For a couple of years prior to that, I represented employers. But since 2006, I fight exclusively for injured workers. Let me help you.
